Penn-Plax Clear Free undergravel aquarium filters provide your aquarium with crystal clear filtered water, without any of the headaches typically associated with more ‘high tech’ filters.

Every Clear Free undergravel filter includes heavy duty filter plates that lock together for maximum stability. The jumbo 1” adjustable lift tubes and high pore air stones provide efficient, powerful filtration and can be adjusted up or down for a custom fit. All Clear Free filters also include a free set of Penn-Plax Filt-a-Carb carbon filter cartridges.

Clear Free filters can be assembled in about five minutes. Once assembled, all you’ll need to do is hook your new filter up to an air pump or powerhead to provide powerful, efficient filtration.

Instructions For Use

Clear Free undergravel filters can be assembled and instaled in your aquarium in just a few minutes. Be sure to carefully remove the product’s packaging as installation instructions are printed on the reverse side of the packaging.

To assemble your new filter, simply attach the plates together, assemble the lift tubes, attach the lift tubes to the filter plates and add the whole filter to your aquarium. Next, connect each lift tube to an air pump to power the filter.
